Service policy
Legal & acceptable use
Emulator Hub is an emulator interface only. It does not host, sell, provide, index, or link to game ROMs, disc images, BIOS files, product keys, cover art, or other copyrighted game content.
Your files and permissions
You may use the service only with files you created, lawfully acquired, dumped from hardware or media you own where permitted, or otherwise have explicit permission to use. Copyright exceptions differ by country and can be limited by license terms. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful where you live.
Prohibited use
- Do not use files downloaded from unauthorized ROM, warez, torrent, or file-sharing sources.
- Do not use the service to distribute copyrighted games, firmware, BIOS files, keys, or artwork.
- Do not bypass access controls or technological protection measures in violation of applicable law.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
No commercial game library
There is intentionally no searchable game catalog and no download button for commercial titles. A title being old, unavailable for sale, or commonly described as abandonware does not automatically place it in the public domain.
Names and affiliation
Console, computer, publisher, and platform names are used only to describe technical compatibility. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Emulator Hub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, Sony, Sega, Atari, Capcom, Microsoft, or any other platform holder or game publisher.
Open-source emulator software
The browser runtime is provided by EmulatorJS, an open-source project licensed under GPL-3.0. Individual libretro cores may have their own licenses and compatibility limitations.
Rights-holder contact
This site does not accept public uploads. If you believe the site itself infringes your rights, email ahzushan@gmail.com with the URL, a description of the material, your contact details, and the basis for your claim.
